Bird House

Not much to report on this end.  I am still very busy, so I will stick with the weekly updates for a while longer.  On the Library Finds front, I haven’t had much luck this summer.  Every book I’ve read has just fallen flat.  Therefore, I’ve taken up reading the classics.  I’m not quite sure why some books are designated as classics while others are just fiction, but it’s safe to say that most are interesting.  Does anyone have a favorite classic book that they want to recommend?

I would recommend Victor Hugo’s ‘Les Miserables’, it’s my favorite! It tends to ramble at times, but generally it is an amazing book.
Great job on your comics, keep it up!

I’d recommend Stephen Leacock’s “Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town”. It’s a classic of Canadian literature, but not one they cover in schools because it’s actually enjoyable (and quite funny if you don’t mind British-style long-winded writing). Another good one by him is “Arcadian Adventures with the Idle Rich”. Those are the only things he wrote that come close to being novels; the others are all short story collections.
